Croatia is a Southeast European country, bordering Hungary, Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro. In its western part it is bordered by the Adriatic Sea, which is also its natural border. The country’s capital is Zagreb .
The country has become even more touristy in recent years , after being promoted by Game of Thrones. The classic cities to visit beyond the capital are Rijeka, Croatia’s main port, Rovini the seaside town that is an important tourist destination, Pula, Split as well as Dubrovnik, which for centuries was the second most important port of the Venetians in the Adriatic.
