Romania has an area of 238,391 and a population of about 20 million. It borders Bulgaria , Moldova, Hungary, Ukraine, and Serbia, and is bordered by the Black Sea in its southeastern part. It is the seventh most populous country in the European Union. It may not be the most touristy capital of Europe, but it is slowly gaining the interest of travelers.
Of course to travel to the capital, Bucharest, to see up close the old city, to go to Dracula’s castle but do not stay just there. Visit the castles of Peles and Pelisor, get to know the city of Sibiu and Brasov. If you stay several days, make sure to go to the Happy Cemetery of the country located in the village of Sapanta.
